1813 to 1880 Baptism Project Wymondham Primitive Methodists |
Baptisms 1866 to 1880
The records of the Primitive
Methodist Circuit based on Wymondham commence in 1870. The start of their
records is particularly difficult to determine as they "take over"
a book of records for the Norwich circuit with that circuit starting a
new book. By careful review you can determine that in the middle of a
given page there is a detectable change of hand and the locations of the
parents' residence also change to places centred upon the market town
of Wymondham. Whilst Wymondham has a prominent place in the locations
of families a wide geographical area is covered with notable clusters
in the Tas valley villages and larger villages such as Tibenham, Deopham
and Pulham. |
